Overview

Paramount efficiently managed the AVP’s 8-stop tour, adhering to budget constraints while coordinating vendors, logistics, and event operations. Duties spanned securing permits, constructing facilities, and overseeing logistical processes.

In each host city, Paramount orchestrated setup for 2000 spectators and 55 VIP boxes, along with elevated club areas. They supervised court operations, ensuring top-tier volleyball courts were ready for the four-day tournaments. After event execution, they oversaw material breakdown and site restoration before moving to the next city.

Assigned with designing temporary stadiums for 8 major cities in a 16-week period, Paramount handled all aspects from design and engineering to permitting, logistics, security, and construction, with a $12M budget. The journey spanned Huntington Beach to Waikiki, constructing and staging events in major markets every two weeks.

While specific project scopes may vary, Paramount’s demonstrated ability to execute under tight schedules and complex tasks remains consistent.
