In 2014-15, before almost 50,000 rabid runners could hit the pavement, the organizers of the New York City Marathon came to Paramount to make sure everything was running smoothly. They asked the Paramount team to handle set-up, logistics, fabrication, and installation for structures/towers at the starting line on the Verrazano Bridge and the finish line in Central Park. In addition, Paramount installed all branded materials, mile markers, and décor at the start/finish lines, including structural wall displays, fence mesh, temporary seating, and ballasting. Nearly 30 tons of concrete structure were transported and set-up between Staten Island and Central Park. And between years, Paramount handled storage and inventory of all structural race materials.
